Travel Agents Enjoy FAM Trip to Lexis Hotels

Around 100 bona fide inbound travel agents recently had the chance to participate in a series of Travel Agent Familiarization Trips and get to enjoy the Lexis experience first-hand, as they check in to Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. Other than spending the night in Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson and getting a taste of what the resort has to offer in terms of F&B selections, activities, facilities and amenities, the travel agents also had the chance to visit Grand Lexis Port Dickson and Lexis Port Dickson on a site inspection, where the dedicated Lexis team provided them with a more comprehensive understanding of the two resorts. At the end of the day, they were treated to a scrumptious dinner at Roselle Coffee House in Grand Lexis Port Dickson. The objective of the FAM Trips is to provide the travel agents with first-hand product knowledge of what the hotels and resorts under the Lexis brand have to offer. With sufficient on-the-ground experience, the participating travel agents will be able to better assist potential guests in providing a more detailed and accurate representation of what to expect during their stay at Lexis hotels and resorts. The trip also afforded a great networking opportunity to the travel agents, while fostering a better relationship with each other.
