Kiwanians from 16 Countries Come Together at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson

Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson had the honour of being chosen as the venue of choice for the 48th Kiwanis Asia Pacific Convention (ASPAC) hosted by Kiwanis Malaysia District. Amongst the guests of honour who graced the event were Her Royal Highness Tunku Ampuan Besar Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Aishah Rohani binti Almarhum Tengku Besar Mahmud, along with other VIPs such as Kiwanis International President Mr. Bert West and Rosemary Tan, the District Governor of Kiwanis Malaysia.

Guests of the three-day convention were personally welcomed by Dato’ Mandy Chew Siok Cheng, the President of Lexis Hotel Group, as well as a myriad of cultural performances, including a grand fanfare of 24 drum performance, a colourful parade of the attendees entering the hall clad in their traditional costumes, beach party with traditional dance and live DJ performances, and more.

Over 800 delegates from the Asia-Pacific and International Kiwanis Club attended this annual event to honour those who have excelled in their community service and impactful outreach projects helping underprivileged children, while strengthening their ties and bonding at the resort.
